Dear Brothers and Sisters of CUB,
It is with a sad heart that I inform you of the passing of our beloved Sister Geneva B. Ayers. Sister Ayers worked in the Finance Department for Baltimore City and served as an Area Vice President on the Executive Board and Steward Council for CUB members. After retiring, she continued her legacy and fight by becoming a member of CUB-800R, our Retiree Chapter. Sister Geneva will be truly missed.
A memorial service will be held for Sister Geneva on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Vaughn Green Funeral Home 8728 Liberty Road Randallstown, Maryland 21133. The family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The memorial service will immediately follow. I am asking all CUB family that attend to please wear blue in solidarity for sister Ayers.
