To those members of our bargaining unit employed by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, we are aware that the city is currently updating employee compensation information within Workday. As this process is ongoing, you may notice changes to salary information reflected in the system. Please be advised that the figures you are currently seeing may not represent the final compensation amounts.
Please be assured that we are in regular communication with the Labor Commissioner’s Office regarding these updates and their implementation. We will continue to closely monitor the process and advocate on behalf of our members to ensure the agreed-upon wage increases are accurately applied.
As additional information becomes available, we will provide timely updates through email communications and postings on our website.
