During our 2021 Baltimore City negotiations cycle, CUB was presented with a compensation study report, conducted by the Baltimore City Department of Human Resources. In this report, numerous CUB positions were proposed to have grade increases. These grade increases were to have been implemented on or about July 1, 2022, the beginning of the fiscal year 2023 (this implementation would not have warranted any back pay at that time). Recently, we have been informed by some members that their grade changes are not reflected in Workday. As such, we are providing a link to the DHR study for your review.
Additionally, if you are a member currently working in any of the listed classification titles affected by this study, we ask that you log into Workday and ensure that your grade is correct and your current salary is reflective of the new grade.
