City employees are invited to attend the Swearing-In Ceremony of the 51st Mayor, Bernard C. “Jack” Young scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the War Memorial Building, 101 N Gay Street, Baltimore, MD 21202. Doors will open at 12:30PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00PM. The ceremony should take approximately one (1) hour.
Permission leave will be granted for employees who attend the ceremony, provided prior supervisory approval is obtained. Adequate coverage must be provided to avoid disruption to City operations.
