Annual Seasonal Influenza Vaccination & Certification Form was sent out via e-blast to all Baltimore City employees from the Office of the Labor Commissioner (Bulletin 21-23, below, or click here). City employees may be granted up to 3 hours of adminstrative leave (permission leave) through Dec. 30, 2021 to visit their doctor or pharmacy to receive an annual influenza vaccination.
