What must I do to enroll?
- See your payroll clerk.
- Circle “Yes” on the Roster
- Be sure to sign your name
- Save at least two (2) sick days (One (1) day will be deducted from you sick leave balance for enrollment in the bank.
- You will receive confirmation of enrollment
