2023 Benefits Open Enrollment is Here!
Plan Year January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023
Open Enrollment starts November 1, 2022 and continues through November 16, 2022

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to:

  • Review your current benefit elections and to make changes to benefits
  • Enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for PY2023
  • Elect a Waiver Credit
  • Change your covered dependents, legally married spouse and dependents

This year, City of Baltimore enrollment will be a PASSIVE enrollment. This means that if you do not take action during Open Enrollment, your benefits will roll over to 2023 and remain as they are with the exception of FSAs and the Waiver Credit. You must re-enroll in your FSA and Waiver Credit every Open Enrollment.
