Contract Ratifications

Voting members of the City Union of Baltimore (CUB) overwhelmingly ratified recent contract negotiations. Membership in CUB is broken down by those employed in the Baltimore City Public School System, and those employed by the city of Baltimore. One hundred percent of the members employed by the school system voted to ratify that contract. Those voting on the city contract had almost as good numbers as that contract was ratified with 97% approval.

The union is still waiting on the city government and the school system to ratify the newly negotiated contracts before they go into effect. President Antoinette Ryan-Johnson led both negotiations for CUB.
